I've lived everywhere from California to New York State, but have come to roost for a while in Orlando, Florida. I got my start in writing in 1989, by selling the first of many romance novels, starting in classic Regency romance, and then into Paranormal with a brief flirtation with Americana. My first love has always been fantasy and the myths of many lands. Writing the Eno the Thracian series was the culmination of those long day spent reading everything in the library. Being able to travel to Greece, Italy, and even China, has been my life-long dream which I began to realize in 2010. The world is wide and I’m glad I don’t have to walk.

I enjoy reading and writing about the past. But the past is, as has been said, a country where they do things differently. We can only glimpse fragmentary pictures of what life was really like in the days beyond memory. Even the best writers don’t give a complete view as it is beyond human ability to describe every moment, every reason, or even every object in a house, though James Joyce and Marcel Proust both did their level best.

My chief interest is the odd, the mysterious, the bizarre happenings, unsolved and unsolvable. These sketches of inexplicable incidents in the past are provided purely for entertainment and any conclusions drawn are entirely my own.
